Refund Policy
All returns are subject to review and must be requested within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for a $10 return shipping fee plus a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs and fees are non-refundable. Once approved, a return label will be emailed to you. Please review the eligibility requirements below.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any return or exchange requests submitted after 60 calendar days will not be accepted.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Promotional Orders
We do not offer free exchanges or returns on orders placed under a promotional offer (including BOGO, percentage discounts, bundle deals, or sale pricing). Returns and exchanges are only available for items purchased at full price.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time free exchange for eligible purchases, excluding promotional items. If you choose to accept an exchange, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right. We will gladly send a replacement when applicable. However, damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
