Shipping Policy

International Shipping

Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as your order is processed. Auren does not have control over customs and is therefore not responsible for delays that may occur.

Approximate Shipping Times

(Does not include weekends or public holidays)

• USA: 7 to 10 business days (tracking available)
• Rest of the world: 7 to 12 business days (tracking available)

Delayed Delivery
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur during transit, and we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur.

In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days. This may especially be true during busier holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December), during promotions, or other high volume periods.


Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing time (2 to 4 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2 to 3 business days to be fully processed, which includes being checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office.

After your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available once your order ships.

In very rare instances, processing time may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or high volume events, processing may take longer. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.


Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it after 30 minutes as it may have already been processed.

Unclaimed Orders

Auren is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to incorrect or insufficient address information.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address after receiving your confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible at aurenconnect@gmail.com by replying to your order confirmation with the updated details.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the address and cannot be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address information.


Customs and Duty Fees

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding any applicable fees.

In rare cases, customs processing may delay delivery of some packages.


Separate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

• Certain items may be on backorder
• Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
• Different warehouse locations

We work with multiple warehouses to bring you the best selection at affordable prices.


Holiday Season

Due to high sales volume during October, November, and December, shipping times may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience during this time.
