The Serene Light™ Reading Screen
Will it light up the whole room?
No. It casts a soft, even glow on your page and keeps the rest of the room calm, so you can read without disturbing anyone beside you.
How long does a charge last?
Up to 35 hours on the lowest setting, and about 4 to 6 hours on the highest. A full charge takes about 2 to 3 hours with the included USB cable.
How does the 99-minute timer work?
Press the timer button and set it in 1-minute steps, up to 99 minutes. The light dims and turns off on its own when the time is up, so it's ready for the nights you fall asleep mid-chapter. You can also read with the timer off.
Can I change the brightness and colour?
Yes. Choose a warm, natural or cool white light and set the brightness with a simple touch control.

The Serene Light™ Magnifying Screen
How strong is the magnification?
A large 5X lens for everyday reading, plus a built-in 10X lens for very small print like labels, prescriptions and fine details.
Is it heavy to hold?
No. It weighs about 179 grams (6.3 oz), so it's comfortable to hold for long reading sessions, even with a weaker grip.
Can I adjust the light?
Yes. Choose warm, cool or mixed light and set the brightness, for daytime reading or low light.

What's in a jar?
60 hydrogel patches, which is 30 pairs.
How often should I use them?
For best results, 2 to 3 times a week. Some readers use them every morning; others save them for the day after a late-night chapter.
Do they need to be refrigerated?
Not required, but recommended. A cold patch feels more refreshing and helps reduce puffiness faster.
Are they OK for sensitive skin?
They're suitable for all skin types. If your skin is very sensitive, start with the Avocado formula and patch test first.
The Serene Bamboo Book Organizer
How many books does it hold?
8 to 15 books, magazines or notebooks, depending on their size. The dividers slide along the base, so you can make room for anything from a thin magazine to a thick hardcover.
How big is it?
About 16" long, 5" wide and 4.5" high, so it fits on a desk, shelf, countertop or nightstand.
Does it need assembling?
No. It's ready to use out of the box.

How does Subscribe & save work?
On the Zozu Eye Patches™, choose Subscribe & save above Add to cart. A new jar ships every month at the subscription price shown on the product page, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at info@au-ren.com at least 7 calendar days before your next renewal date. Requests received later take effect from the following billing cycle.
Can I get a refund on a subscription order?
Refunds are available on the first order of a subscription, under the same conditions and fees as other returns. Later subscription orders are final sale, unless an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not at all.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
To the USA and around the world, with tracking on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days. After that, delivery takes 7 to 10 business days to the USA and 7 to 12 business days elsewhere, not counting weekends and public holidays. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Where a country charges customs fees, they're the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs agency. Our Shipping Policy has the details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed, so contact us straight away. Once an order has been processed, its address can't be changed.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some orders ship in separate packages, for example when items come from different warehouses.
Returns
How do returns work?
Return requests must be made within 60 calendar days of purchase, and items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Fees and exceptions apply, so please read our Refund & Return Policy first, then email us at info@au-ren.com to start a return.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We'll make it right, with a replacement where applicable.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
I'm in the European Union. Do I have extra rights?
Yes. If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.
