Ad Studio privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Ad Studio is an internal advertising tool used by the authorized Auren and Averene team to manage advertising in their Meta business accounts. Access to the uploader is restricted to approved team members.
Information the tool handles
Ad Studio handles team sign-in email addresses and session information; advertising account, Facebook Page, Instagram and pixel identifiers; uploaded images and videos; ad copy, destination links, audiences and budgets; and upload history, Meta object identifiers, errors and activity records.
Ad Studio does not ask for Facebook passwords. Its advertising workflows do not request customer purchase records, payment details or private messages.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized team members, prepare and upload advertising media, create and manage ads in the selected business account, maintain saved product profiles and record upload results. Ad creation starts paused; activation is a separate action.
Sharing and service providers
Advertising content and relevant account settings are sent to Meta through the Marketing API. Authentication, database, storage and hosting services used to operate the tool may process the information needed to provide those services. Ad Studio does not sell the information it handles or use it to serve unrelated businesses.
Storage, access and retention
The current installation runs locally and uses a local Supabase database and file storage. Access is restricted to authorized team members, and Meta credentials are held on the server rather than included in browser code.
Upload records, saved profiles and activity records remain until an administrator removes them. Temporary media files are removed after successful transfers where supported by the upload workflow. Abandoned uploads, removed creatives and failed files may remain in storage until an administrator cleans them up. Information and advertising media already sent to Meta are subject to Meta's storage and retention practices.
Access, deletion and revoking access
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or deletion of information held by Ad Studio, contact info@au-ren.com with the subject “Ad Studio privacy.” Include the relevant team email address or business account identifier and describe the request. Do not include passwords or access tokens.
An administrator will verify authorization and handle the requested removal of information held by the tool. An authorized Meta business administrator can revoke the tool's access in Meta Business Settings. Removing information from Ad Studio does not automatically remove ads or media already held by Meta; those objects can be managed separately in Meta's business tools.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the tool's data handling changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
